MAP Directory of Services 2007

Our directory of services for children and young people with disabilities and their parents and carers will be sent out by post to everyone living with a child registered with MAP or will be given to you when one of our MAP project workers visits you to take your details.

If you would like us to send you a hard copy for yourself, your family or your organisation please contact us. Postage is free to families. Organisations will be asked to pay postage at 75p a copy. Accessible copies in large type for the visually impaired are available on request and for download below.
