Project Details
This youth club is for 9 - 15 year olds with and without learning difficulties. The youth club leader organises a wide variety of activities including games, art and crafts, and trips to the theatre. Some of the children that attend this session have more complex needs, which require one to one support; because of this the group is relatively small and focuses on more individual work.
The young people usually like to take it easy on a Saturday morning and enjoy baking or crafty activities. Most of the children take home what they have made and enjoy showing their achievements to parents/carers.
Places are limited, but to get on the waiting list, get in touch with MAP and ask for one of the play/youth development workers.
